The Taxpayer Advocate Service has closed several offices in anticipation of Hurricane Florence. Additional offices may close as the storm approaches and makes landfall. Below is a list of all TAS offices that are currently closed due to the hurricane. This list will be updated on a regular basis until the storm has passed.

TAS office re-openings will also be posted here, as well as information related to disaster recovery resources, as appropriate.

TAS offices currently closed due to Hurricane Florence:

• Charlotte, North Carolina: Closed Wed., Sept. 12, through Friday, Sept. 14
• Greensboro, North Carolina: Closed Wed., Sept. 12, through Friday, Sept. 14
• Columbia, South Carolina: Closed Wed., Sept. 12, through Friday, Sept. 14
